The attached file was written by Kristen Hugh, Managing Editor, Design of the Daily Collegian.  Kristen is a college student attending Penn State who was assigned to write on a "controversy" story.  She is from the Freeport area and had heard of the Armstrong School District's decision to close Elderton High School and decided to write her story on the issue.
